What products do you sell, and where are they made?
We offer curated collections of home and garden decor, accessories, seasonal items, and handmade touches designed to bring charm and warmth to your spaces.
Our collections feature a mix of handmade goods from the United States, Canada, and Mexico, along with globally sourced artisan pieces. We focus on thoughtfully made products and aim to support small makers and responsible production whenever possible.
Do your products change with the seasons?
Yes. While some items remain available year-round, we release seasonal collections throughout the year.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship throughout the United States. We also offer international shipping to select countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping (excluding weekends and holidays).

How much does shipping cost?
United States
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail depending on the options available.
International Orders
- Canada: $19.95 USD flat rate
- United Kingdom: $29.95 USD flat rate
- Australia & Oceania: $34.95 USD flat rate
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for any delays or additional fees caused by customs processing.
How do I start a return?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, you can contact us hello@poppypatioco.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process!
Are your garden items weather-resistant?
Many of our outdoor garden pieces are designed to withstand the elements, but durability varies by item. Please refer to individual product descriptions for care instructions.
If you’re unsure about a specific item, feel free to contact us.
Can I use a gift card or promo code online?
Yes. Enter your code at checkout to apply it to your order.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Every order is carefully packaged and ready to gift.
If you’re sending a gift, leave a note in the “Is this a gift?” box at checkout. We’ll include your message, and packing slips never show prices.
