What products do you sell, and where are they made?
We offer a curated collection of home and garden decor and accessories, seasonal items, and handmade touches to bring charm, character, and joy to outdoor living spaces. Our collections feature a mix of handmade goods from the United States, Canada, and Mexico as well as globally sourced artisan pieces, with a focus on ethically made products and environmentally friendly practices.

Do your products change with the seasons?
Yes! While we plan to keep a number of items available year-round, we rotate seasonal collections throughout the year—spring garden ware, summer patio essentials, fall decor, and cozy winter accents. Follow along on socials and sign up with your email to keep up to date on the latest collections!

Where do you ship to?
Currently, we offer standard and expedited shipping options across the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed and shipped out within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. We offer several shipping options through USPS at checkout, including First Class Mail and Ground Advantage (2–5 business days), Priority Mail (1–3 business days), and Priority Mail Express (overnight to 2 business days, where available). 

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to location or carrier delays. If your package is lost or delayed, please check the tracking info and contact the carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to us at poppypatioco@gmail.com. We're happy to assist!

How do I start a return?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Are your garden items weatherproof? How do I care for my items?
Many of our outdoor garden items are designed to withstand the elements, but we recommend checking each product description for specific care instructions. If you have specific questions, feel free to contact us!

Can I use a gift card or promo code online?
Absolutely! Enter the code at checkout to apply it to your order.

Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely! Every order is beautifully packaged—whether it's a gift or a treat for yourself—so it’s ready to delight right out of the box. If you’re sending a gift, simply leave a message for the recipient in the “Is this a gift?” note box at checkout. We’ll include your note with the package, and don’t worry—packing slips never include prices.
